I recently rebuilt the carburetor on a 11HP Briggs and Strattom engine. I set the mixture screws per the repair manual, but I have to hold the throttle body down to get it to idle. If I let go of it, it revs real high. How do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

You may not have the linkages hooked up properly, or the cable could be binding.
