About 6 or 7 months ago I died my hair a light golden brown. After I applied it, It turned completely ORANGE. It was horrible. So, the next day I died it back to my natural hair color. Then, in only a couple washes my hair was back to orange. So, I tried darker and darker shades but they just wash out in a couple washes. I've tried toners, shampoos, treatments, etc, but nothing is working. I've heard about Loreal color zap, bleaching my hair, somehow removing all the color from my hair and back to its natural color, and anything else you can imagine. I don't know what to do! I can't handle my orange hair anymore! Somebody HELP!

Have you seen a beautician? Mine is wonderful... I'm sure someone can help you.
