My Kenmore Washer Model #417.44052400 won't spin. It will agitate but not spin. I've checked the belts and they look fine. What's my next step?

Check the lid switch. A faulty lid switch will be a no spin cycle

The lid switch looks fine and seems to be working properly. Is there else I should be looking at concerning the switch? If not, what next?

Have you checked the switch with a multimeter or just a visual. If you have no multimeter, you can take a jumper wire around it to verify
