My 6 month old girl has what appears to be a bump like an engorgement in between both her bottom areas. I don't know what it is it started swelled the whole area in between then it turned into like a bump that is hard you can feel it when you wipe her. Does any one know what this is?

Not really a clue.. did she have a hard bowel movement? Possibly from straining
Does she appear to be in pain? If not call the doctor when they open and get her in to be seen.
