I received a garnishing writ from my employer I went and filed an head of household exemtion with dependent with the court to try to stop proceedings what would I have to bring to court and do I have a case. Ps I live in Florida

No one can tell you if you "have a chance" at getting the exemption without knowing your exact circumstances.

It's not an automatic approval and you must prove you are, in fact, head of household to the Court's satisfaction.
