    Ambrotose for insomnia
Has anyone ever heard of or had success with using Ambrotose for insomnia. What is it good for, and does it help insomnia?

I use melatonin 3 mg under the tongue every night and I did suffer with insomnia for years before discovering this about 2 years ago. Look online for sublingual melatonin. It's relatively inexpensive compared to prescription medicines that are addicting. After taking the 3 mg I can't keep my eyes open more than 1/2 hour and I clonk out and get a good night's sleep. Melatonin can be used by travelers going into different time zone changes or by shift workers changing shifts to different times. I have used this nightly for 2 years and have had no side effects and wake up refreshed with no groggyness. Never heard of Ambrotose and never tried it.

Ambrotose is a combo of polysacharides which do have various helping effects on mans health. Rising the levels of natural immunity and keeping your body in shape is just one of many beneficial property of these glyconutrients. Naturally the healthy body does sleep better as well. The only downside of this product is the price.(Manatose and Nutratose are cheaper products)
