    Lack of hot water pressure in kitchin
    I have no water pressure at my kitchin sink hot water tap, my bathroom hot taps water pressure is strong, my bathroom is downstairs too! Not sure where to start looking for the problem. Cold water pressure is also fine.

    Depending on what your lines are made of, they might be pinched. You can dis-assemble the valve and check it (be sure to turn off the water first.) Water heaters collect sediment over time, drain a little from the drain valve and see what it looks like.

    "drain a little from the drain valve " heck flush the whole tank if you do anything, should be done twice per year. Put a garden hose on the drain and flush for several minutes with the main still on. Don't bother looking for a pinch unless flushing the tank and cleaning the vlve don't fix the problem, they are the likely problems. Let us know if you are not sure how to clean the valve.
