Administrators have special permissions that let them view the files and folders of nearly every user on a network. Are folder RR and MM located in the same folder on Ajaya?

When troubleshooting security, remember that there are two types of permissions: Share and File permissions. To access a share, permissions to the share must be granted. To access files located in a share, permissions must be granted to the folders and files. Right-click on the folder and select the Security tab (must be performed as Administrator). Add the users for file permissions as well.

The best method for changing permissions is through the use of groups. Add the users to a group that has permissions to both the share and the files. Go to the Local Users and groups and use one of the existing groups such as Users or create a new group with users as members. Then add the group to the share and file permissions. This must be done on each computer that hosts a share.
