:confused: OK my computer has a lot of viruses I was told that I needed to rebooot or reformat my computer how do I start!!

Have you already used a virus remover program on your computer? If you did not would recommend doing that before you completely wipe out the computer and start over.

Reboot means to turn off the computer and turn it back on again. Reformat means to wipe out everything and reload your operating program.

I tryied to remove the viruses but its still there I have shut off my computer but still same thing so now I have to reformat?

You do NOT need to reformat. Boot up your computer into safe mode (press F8 while the computer is booting) and run your anti-virus software. If you do not HAVE anti-virus software, free.avg.com should point you to a free one that's actually really good.
