    3-way switch with two lights
Okay, so we had an electrical contractor come in and do the ruff-in but of course after payment he is not coming back to do the finish work. I feel I am pretty good at figuring out how to wire "stuff" using diagrams that I find on the internet but one of the three way switch set-ups I can not figure out. The power runs to the first light via 14/2 wire then from the first light a 14/2 wire runs to the first switch then at 14/2 wire runs from the first switch to the second light and a 14/3 wire from the first switch runs to the second switch. I can not figure out how to make this circuit operate. Is it even possible?

This is called a "hotel" circuit, with which you can switch on-off the light from both switches.
The switchover contact of the second switch goes to the power return to complete the circuit.
    Circuit drawing follows...

I was afraid that was what you said.
You either need to get a 14-2 between the 2 lights, or a constant hot and neutral to either switch.
    Either Possible?

With your existing wiring, you can have 2 3 ways control light #2,
On light number 1 could be pullchain controlled.
    X 10 is another possibility.
