I have black spots on my tongue and my mouth stays really sore I also have like bumps on the roof of my mouth and they really hurt when I eat something hot I bit the side of my mouth really bad twice and it all started after that and my tongue also looks coated and it has like grooves or what looks like grooves on it. And it looks coated and the side of my mouth is very sore please help me

The grooves in your tongue could be normal but the discoloration and soreness should be checked by a dentist. You may be referred to an Oral Surgeon.

I would go to a doctor if the pain is really severe go to the emergency room
