Why is our toilet bowl water always moving?
We have a FAST septic system installed in our home. Our toilet water moves all the time. It is in the toilet bowl, always moving. We also hear the septic making noise almost all the time also. I know it is always blowing air, is that why the toilet water always moves? We have had it inspected recently, and all is functioning properly.

BINGO!! You got it tiko. Your F.A.S.T. ( Fixed Activated Sludge Treatment) is a aerated system that attaches to your syptic tank that uses blowers to aerate the effluent. What you see is a little blowback in the drainage system from the septic tank. Not to worry. Regards, Tom
