Can a landlord go directly to my employer to garnish my wages in the state of GA ?

A landlord can not go directly anyway in Georgia, they have to go to court and get a judgement, you would have been served and had a chance to defend yourself, After they get a judgment then they may get your checking account and garnish your wages in GA
