    Debt judgement
Are there any ways around beating a judgement for unsecured credit card debt??

The best way to beat a judgment, is with a payment before it ever gets to that point.

Just because it is "unsecured" debt, do you really feel that you are not responsible to pay back what you borrowed?

That unsecured credit card debt that has become a judgment is by definition a secured debt in most states. Either pay it or file bankruptcy, or ignore it and hope.

I don't like the phrase "beating a judgement". That implies shirking your responsibilities. If you owe the debt you should pay it.

However there are dozens of threads in this forum that discuss how to deal with a summons on unsecured debt. I suggest you do some research.

Give me more info, I can't advise anything positive with the data you gave

How long ago you quited paying?
How long ago since they filed suit?
    Was any arbitration procedure involved?
    Where they filed?
Did you show up in court and filed response to the suit?
Did you ever ask for validation over this debt?
The plaintfill is the original creditor or a collection agency?
Were you served in a legal manner?
    What state your live in?
