In the program how would you list the Maternal Grandmother/Grandfather if she is remarried but the grandchild does not regard the new husband as his grandfather but rather his deceased grandfather? Would you show it as Maternal Grandmother Dot & Sam Smith & Maternal Grandfather the deceased George Wilson?

If you are simply listing the grandparents in the program, you could list the maternal grandparents as Mrs. Bill Smith and Mr. Bob Jones (deceased). However, if you wish to acknowledge the grandmother's husband you could list as Mary Jones Smith, escorted by her husband Bill Smith.

You could have a special place in the program for deceased loved ones. Example: Present In Our Hearts: Grandpa Bob Jones, Aunt Sue Jones
