My wireless connection is trying to get an Ip from the lynksys router, there is a connection but no Ip is assigned. (It is trying all the time). I get "Limited or no connection"

I have a VAIO and I had to reinstall everything from scratch.
I downloaded the wireless driver from Sony site and it does connect to router but limited with no IP.
What am I missing?
