So far our case was filed and custody orders were put in place however the disoulution was never finalized. If we end up getting back together does anyone know what we need to do? We live in California.

Yes she does.

Whether there is a reconciliation depends upon the grounds claimed for the divorce and your subsequent conduct. If she is the plaintiff and wants the case dismissed, she can request her attorney to have the case dismissed. She probably should do this in writing, as the attorney will most likely have her sign a statement affirming the request. Just curious: who is the plaintiff? And, did the defendant file a counterclaim?
