I was born as a Portuguese national ex colony of santome I did live in portugal lisbon fom 1970 until 1983 in 1973 I was called for Portuguese army inspection but I was exempt because I was a thelogy student at the time I was not aware of the change of the law at the time and by 1983 I found myself as a santome citizen living in portugal.
