Does anyone know how to size an overflow hole in a sink? I'm looking for the actual calculation. This is a question I was recently asked and I can't figure this out for the life of me.
Thanks,
Aaron

But there does have to be some minimum area requirement for the overflow holes, right? Without this minimum area (whether it be slotted, circular, etc), the sink would fill faster than the overflow could drain. And since all sinks do not feed water at the same rate, thus varying overflow hole sizes would result.Quote:
