After we had sex maybe like 2weeks later I started getting sick when

&& I'm getting like pains in my stomach sometimes.

Yes I'm almost positive you can get pregnant, the irereularity I don't believe has any effect on your ability to get pregnant and I'm not sure about the pre but can you really trust a guy to pull completely out if he does finish?

Its possible your pregnant and its also possible your just freaking yourself out and looking into things too much there's a lot of things that can cause symptoms but definitely get a pregnancy test or 2 to be sure
