Whenever I touch the temporal lobe of my head its so tender is this normal it doesn't hurt its just tender around my temper if I take my hand and slightly press on my head its tender both sides it feels funny it doesn't feel like the rest of my head

I have been having the same problem at times.
Try taking B complex and lecithin and check with your doctor.
