OK I am at a loss for what to do from here, My wife( hopefully ex) and I are ready to get a divorce and we share no children together and also share no property. She is willing to sign anything that needs to be to get this done. Where do I go and what do I do? How can I get this done with as low cost and quick as possiable. ANY suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

You're going to have to get an attorney.

Some states allow you to do your own paperwork if the divorce is uncontested. I have a friend who did her divorce online for the cost of the court filing fee only.

It would help to know what state you are in.

There are do it yourself kits for most states at places on many law form web sites, some courts provide a fill in the blank form, worth asking.

You both hire an attorny to fill in forms for you ( about 300 dollars if everyone agrees)
