I Was 19 Had two babies but not twins Baby And They Took Her
I was adopted growing up and was Physically,Sexually AND Emotionally scared FOR Life .I ended up going to Jail I was in there almost a year .When I got out I ended Up getting Pregnant I Was Dating A Police Officer AT THE TIME (NOT THE Child's Father )She Was Born Early And Was A Sick Baby I Went TO Visit Her Every Day Then I Showed UP One Day And She Was Gone They Took Her sayingI Just Got Out OF Jail So IT Would Not BE GoodFOR THE Child TO BE WITH ME(which was about a year earlier) That my daughter WAS Going TO Be Adopted OUT... Then I Ended UP Being Able TO SEE HER Twice That's ALL THEY Allowed AND Told ME That I Couldn't See Her Again.
Then I Found Out I Was Pregnant Again AND FLED Indiana To Florida AND MY Adopted MOM Knew I WAS Pregnant again She Told They OF The Past of me going to jail and how my life growing up went And They Took Her THE Day WE Were Walking OUT THE Hospital I Only Got TO See HER ONE TIME I Always Showed UP FOR Visits BUT THEY Never DID BUT THE Once, SAID Because I HAD BeenIN JAIL I Didn't Deseve KIDS I HAVE TWO Beautiful Boys And Never HAD ANY Problems WithThis Type OF Thing I Have Tried ON MY Own FOR A Long Time TO Get MY Kids Back TO NO Avail IM IN Florida Now And MY First Daughter WAS Born IN Indiana AND Second Daughter WAS Born IN North Florida What Rights Do I Have And How Do I Get My KidsHome where they belongI haven't seen them since they're birth year In 2001 and one visit was in 2002 I believe the end of January beginning of februaryI Wasn't allowed

Never heard of such a scenerio. Just being in jail does not immediately negate your right to be a mother. There must be more to this story that you have not told us for "them" to take the children away from you. There had to be court orders, etc. for "them" to have taken the children away. Something does not sound right here.

You NEED an attorney to serve as an advocate for you. However, what you don't say is how long ago this happened. If its more than a few years its unlikely the courts will reverse the adoption. The best you can hope for is contact with them.

Do you remember signing any papers? Some states allow for baby drop off with nothing said but if you were with the child then that's different. You would normally sign away your rights and turn the child over to be a ward of the state in order to go into the adoption cycle. Like Scott said your going to need a lawyer to go through this with you. Its just not normal that anyone would just take a child away from a parent without any papertrail at all.
