    The value of a billboard is valued at traffic flow, size, location, and even area of the country (if in US) The same board in Altanta GA is worth more than one in Backwoods GA. And the same board in LA California is worth a lot more than. It is a matter of what has been paid, assume inflation, and what price you want.
