How to Communicate bet 192.x.x.x and 10.x.x.x
    Hi Guys,

I have two series like 192.x.x.x and 10.x.x.x. now I want to share between these two IP Series... like share files, folder, printer etc...

I am using Subnet Mask for 192.x.x.x series is 255.255.255.0 and Default gateway is 192.x.x.5 and DNS is 192.x.x.2

I am using subnet Mask for 10.x.x.x series is 255.255.252.0 and default gateway is
    10.x.x.5 and DNS is 10.x.x.2

abort from those... everything same like router, gateway etc...

    help me out...

    Thanks
    Elavarasan. M.S.

How configurable are your routers? Can you configure custom routes between the two networks?

Creating VLANs is one option... they can be a little tricky to implement. Do your research..

Another option would be to install 2 routers and create static routes to one another. That is, one one router, create a static route to 10.x.x.x from 192.168.x.x. On the other router, create a static route from 192.168.x.x to 10.x.x.x

Is it possible for you to put these on the same network? It would save you a lot of headaches if you could.
