    NY real estate law
    I read it is legal in CA for real estate to show an apartment while occupied. Is it also true for the law in NY? Other then for emergancies etc Please I don't want to show my apt for a year to strangers. Thank you..

    If and when it is time for you to move, with proper notice, your apartment may be shown. With proper notice the landlord is allowed to enter.
