Are ssi and social security income judgement proof?

Where can I get that Notice of Exempt 42 USC 407?

Can I file Bankruptcy being that I am on SSI?

If you are asking about a judgment for back child support, no, SS benefits can be garnished - it's an exception.

Please stop asking questions as a answer to someone else's question, it is very confusing. You will never get a answer like that, and people are not sure if you are asking them something about their question.

I have combined your questions and moved them to one post.
