Hi Sir,

Currently I am working in South Caroline with an L1B visa from 2007(valid up to 2011) for Company A. I have applied for my H1B visa individually through a consultant; company B. I have got my H1B approved this year 2008. But, I have not yet got my stamping for my H1B visa. In addition, I do not want to resign my current job from company A (where I am working with L1B Visa) until I get a job through the consultant, company B.

My clarification is:

1. If I go to India in the month of September, can I come back and work with my Company A with my L1B visa.
2. After coming from India, can I work with my L1B visa, can I work in my current job?
3. If I go out of US and come back will my H1B visa get accivated?

If you travel and return on L-1, then you will have to leave US and return again just to activate H-1B.
