A boy was kidnapped from his mother. Just when the detective was giving up on his search he decided on one last resort. There was a woman who always bothered the police with little things and the department thought her as 'crazy'. She had kept calling and saying that she knew where the boy was but they wouldn't listen. But she ended up being right. I'm pretty sure this was released in the 80's. Please Help!
