This is driving me mad
It was about a horrible man, a bully who had a big house and trophy wife.
He was killed [in an accident?] but didn't die he came back as someone else? The name Arnold Plitskin [no not Snake] or a name like that comes to mind. He then found out what a horrible man he had been and how hated he was and changed to become nice.
I don't think it was Rick Moranis who played him as I have looked up his films but it was someone like him.
Can anyone put me out of my misery? Please?

You could try looking here: Keyword: Reincarnation.... The reason I suggested Switch was because one of the characters names is Arnold Freidkin, pretty close to the one you suggested, anyway good luck!

EDIT: I found it, it's called Hi Honey - I'm Dead (1991) (TV).
