You have put up two problems with not a single detail for us to work with.
What happens when you flush? Just fills, swirls and drains without taking solids away? Backs up and overflows? What?
Does the bowl fill up and then drain away? How long does that take? Does the bowl drain to a point and then stop draining? Does it "gurgle"? Do any of your bathroom fixtures gurgle or talk to you? Come on back with more details and we'll answer ASAP. Regards, Tom
