I'm stuck can anyone please help with the following math question - I'm studying for exams

y-2 over 3 + y-1 over 5 = 2
under
x+2 over 7 - y+5 over 3 = -2

(y-2)/3+(y-1)/5=2, assuming that is what you mean? I am not trying to be critical, but it makes your problem rather ambiguous to translate.
