I have a Kenmore Dryer that won't run. The model is 110.60096990. It is digital, and everything lights up, you can push a cycle, change time, everything seems normal, but when you push start, it only makes a clicking sound. Last night we had bad storms and our power went out, not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. I did unplug it and plug it back in, but its doing the same thing. Any ideas?

Unless you have a service manual and some proper (electronic) tools this will be difficult to repair yourself.

You can check if this is due to a defect motor starting capacitor.
Open up the rear, and replace the motor start capacitor. Inexpensive and available from almost every washing machine and dryer supplier.

Alternative : get the service manual instructions and spareparts, available from Sears.
