We have a pool that has been giving us some low voltage shocks through the deck. We thought it was caused by ground voltage by the utility and the utility came out and lowered all the ground voltage in the area. The problem still exists so, wanting to make sure it was ground voltage, we disconnected both hot leads and the neutral leads supplying power to the house. We found that we went from 4.5 volts in the ground to 0 after removing the 2 hots and the neutral from the power supply box. We now know that it is not ground voltage but rather it is coming from somewhere in the house. Can you help us so that we can identify where the voltage is coming from so that we can correct the problem. We removed the 2 110 volt leads from the main fuse panel of the house to find that we still had ground voltage of 4.0 volts. Once we removed the neutral from the main power box, the ground voltage went to 0. thanks for your help,Jim
