I told this guy that I'm no longer interested in going out with him because he cursed me out one night on the phone when I asked him about his other girlfriend and he totally got my message because he's no longer calling me or IMing me or anything.
He last sent me an IM, saying, "Ok then, that's what u said?" My reply was, what?" Up until now he has not replied and I tried calling him but he won't answer and yesterday I saw while I was in town but he didn't see me. I just want to know if he's no longer interested in me and if I said something to offend him or maybe he's tired of pursuing me because he's the total player; do you think he may have moved on to another girl?

Why do you want to be with him if he ha another GF? Or if he is even joking about it? He obvisouly is seeing someone else to give you that reaction. My suggestion - MOVE ON to the next guy. Every girl deserves the best. Ignore I'm until he realizes what he is missing

Well, if "I'm not interested in going out with you any more" is an offensive thing to hear, then yes, you offended him. How would you respond to someone saying that to you?

You told him to go away, so he could be doing a lot of things to a lot of girls. What do you hope to gain with that knowledge?

You deserve better than someone who wants you and someone else. As hard as it may be you need to move on. Sounds like he is a player!

By making an unintelligable comment he was taking control of the situation. As you continue to call him you are reinforcing his control and his potential hold over you. Any guy who would treat you in this manner does not deserve your concerns. It looks to me as if his pride was injured when you called it off and by having you continue to call him and then not respond he is attempting to appear as the one doing the dumping and not the one who was dumped.
