I am looking for an american film artist.
The only information I have is that he is doing short films on artificial landscapes with a fixed camera.
One subject he filmed was a reservoir that is being emptied once a year. You see the lake and suddenly water is going down like when you take the plug out in your bathing tub. You can see turbulences until all the water is gone. The whole thing takes a few minutes only.

Sorry for not having more info. Hope you can help me. I promised to help, will be a birthday present for my partner.
