If a minor on probation for a class B felony ran away and is now 18, how long will it be until her warrants are cleared or gone?
Will the disappear when she turned 18, does she have to wait for a statute of limitations to run out, and how long?
Here is the whole situation,
She went to court for the felony and was senteced with probation, fines and communit service. But she never went to meet her PO and left the state and has no plans of returning or dealing with her probation.

There is no Statue of limitation, and she may well have a warrant for her arrest still active. The only difference now, she will have to serve her time in a adult jail, not a juv detention center.

So if she is close enough to the original state they may take her back if she is found sometime.

Unfortunately warrants never go away. She may be detained when she goes for her driver's license renewal for instance or a traffic stop.

Warrants don't expire - she'll deal with her probation as an adult, not as a juvenile, very possibly in an adult prison.

Were it this easy EVERYONE would "run away" until legal age.
