    Unknown totally Instumental song
Hello All, possibly got a tough one here... heard a song quite a few years back on a local easy listening station... was very young when I heard it(I'm soon to be 30), it was a purely instrumental song- no words or lyrics, melody played on a fife, or some other form of flute, sounded kind of medieval in nature, didn't sound Celtic, song flowed smoothly with only occasional short rests. Song was similar to a waltz, in that it was based in 3/4 or 6/8 time, but notes were more constant, rather than a waltz's characteristic 123... 123... 123 sort of broken rhythm. I want to say I heard it anywhere between 1985-1990. Any thoughts? I'd really like to find this song so I can download it.

I think I know which you mean but didn't know the title. Anyway, I have discovered it is called 'In dulce Jubilo' and here's it on YouTube. I hipe it's the right one: YouTube - Mike Oldfield - In Dulci Jubilo
