Hi... I am Monali.I am a student of 12th std.I have been assigned a project to study the effect of potassium bisulphite as food preservative under various conditions.
I searched it in every book I found, and even searced it in Google where I got this website.I have even visited the websites suggested to nyjhla and another guy by clough but I didn't find anything about 'jam'.I am totally stumped and worried too as I need the info within a few days:(
This is the last hope I have please don't let me down.
