We have a 4 year old top-loading Kenmore washer that has not been doing the whole "spin-cycle" completely and the clothes come out very wet. Usually I can hang up to air dry my delicates, but now they are coming out dripping with water. It is taking a couple of cycles to dry them completely in the dryer and my electric bill is OUTRAGEOUS!! Do I need a new washer or can I call a repair person and have it fixed up with little cost?
