    Hi I'm remodeling a shower and after putting in the shower I realized I forgot to use the fiber gasket.Do I have to rip the shower back out?:o

    Not if you don't have a leak. That fiber washer is a "anti-friction" washer so the rubber gasket doesn't bind and bunch up. If you have no leaks that would indicate that the rubber washer is correctly installed. Regards, tom
