    Clarify this rumour.
Is it true you can legally be busted for DUI on a bicycle? (In Canada)

Some places define that the vehicle has to have a "motor".

Many others though just use the definition of "vehicle" without regard to a motor or not.

People have been arrested and convicted of DUI on bicycles, lawn mowers, even horses.

I believe it depends on the exact wording of the law or statute in your local jurisdiction.

Also, even if you can't be busted for a DUI, you can be busted for other things, like drunk and disorderly, minor in possession, etc.
