    No, if the home is foreclosed the new owners may then evict you,
    But foreclosure changes the ownership of the property according to the terms of the loan document. You can be foreclosed on and be living in the property, and then the new owner wll have you evicted.

    Foreclosures and evictions are different things. A foreclosure is a repossession of property by a lender where the property was used as collateral for the loan.

    Once a property is foreclosed on, then the previous owner no longer has a right to live there. However, a person can't be forced out of their residence without a court order. Therefore a formal eviction needs to take take place.
