    Spotting after unprotected intercourse?
I have been a birth control for about 2 months. I have missed a week of my birth control, and I had unprotected sex on Friday morning. At 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm I was spotting.
So if I was spotting after unprotected intercourse, than I am not pregnant right?
    Please someone answer.

    Moved from introduction area.

If you missed a week of birth controls then most likely they were not effective and would not be fully until after a month of being back on them properly. So if you were not properly on the pills and you had unprotected sex, yes you could be.

*** also even if on them properly, by thierself birth control pills are not 100 percent effective, so you can still become preganant even on the pills.

You need to wait until your period is actually scheduled to arrive now.

The waiting game sucks, but you won't have any idea if you're pregnant until you either get your period or miss it.

I really REALLY suggest using more than one form of birth control, and making sure you use all forms correctly. I got pregnant on the pill, using a condom and spermicide--it's not likely but it's possible, obviously. If you're not ready to risk being pregnant, you should really abstain from sex.
