Hey when I went joggin with my step brother to day.I felt sharp acking pain in my left ball.It felt like someone kicked me in my left testical :eek.I'am 14 is this normal please help!

Did it hurt for a bit, then go away??

No I wasn't wearing any thing tight I had on gym shorts and I stop running when this happen and it hurt for a while
