I first noticed that PJ was not feeling good because he seemed sad with no energy. Then I noticed that he was throwing up no diarrhea. Then I noticed that he did have a runny stoole but that did not last. He was not eating and not drinking. After 15 hours I noticed that he was coming around drank water and ate some nuggets but he was more excited to eat a jerky treat that later he threw it up. Now he smells his dry food and walks away. He is drinking more water. Is he making progress or do I need to be concerned?

He likely has worms... Or puppy colitus. Take him to the vet, where they'll take a stool sample and possibly an x-ray of his intestines. He should be better in no time!

Yes it sounds like worms to me. Some worms make the dog or puppy throw up a lot.

I highly doubt it is worms, but if he doesn't settle down soon, get him to the vet before the weekend.
