    What is meant by a healthy work culture. How can one create such a work culture?

    I've never heard of "healthy work culture", I've heard of "healthy work environment". If that's what you are asking. IN MY OPINION, it means giving your all (110%), getting along with co-workers and supervisors, and offering to do extra curricular activities.
