Myself and my ex-hubby recently got divorced. We need to file a QRDO and I was wondering if an expert is needed. All I need is the paperwork to file. Do I HAVE TO have an expert in order to obtain the paperwork?

All you need is the proper paperwork. Contact the institution that has the QRDO and ask them for the paperwork you need. They should supply that to you.
