Hi,
My ex wife lives in my house with my daughter, about June 2007 I told her I need her to pay me rent, she ask me to give her time to get her budget together. I deployed the last week of July 2007 and came back last February, I told her again about the rent issue and she said that she'll move out. Two months latter she still there and treating that she won’t move out.
I need to rent my house out so I can pay for my mortgage.
Help lease what can I do.
