How do I give up my parental rights in the state of GA?
[F]I have had an ongoing battle with my sons grandmother she is the mother of the father of my kids she wants custody of my son and not my two daughters. This has been an ongoing fight for the past 13 years. Today she was awarded custody and I will not pay her any child support. So how do I sign over my rights?!?!?!?

You don't. As a general rule parental rights are not terminated unless to clear the way for an adoption or becauase the parent is danger to the child. Even if a TPR was to be granted it would not get out of child support.

I am however rather curious as to how a grandmother to get custody of ONE of her grandchildren from the mother and not the others. Didn't you have an attorney?
